The Office of Privacy and Corporate Compliance at Yale New Haven Health is designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable law, Code of Conduct and organizational policies. Our purpose is to provide the employees and agents of the corporation with clear ethical and compliance direction for interactions with healthcare professionals, and we are committed to the transfer of compliance-related knowledge and best practices across the entire System in order to achieve economies of scale and organizational synergies.Members of our Compliance team serve as internal consultants and as an educational resource for compliance and business ethics matters. We also oversee and monitor the ongoing functions of the Compliance Program.

Corporate Planning at Yale New Haven Health offers candidates a busy, dynamic and fast-paced strategic planning and business development office dedicated to supporting key critical initiatives for both Yale-New Haven Hospital and the entire system related to strategic business plans and vision.We are responsible for comprehensive and robust joint service line planning - often involving the Yale University School of Medicine - designed to position both YNHH and the entire System as a national leader. We regularly generate comprehensive environmental assessments, tactical plans, volume and market share projections, competitor analyses and Certificates of Need (including the states largest CON, the $400 million Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven) to ensure that YNHH remains the state's market leader and maintains its reputation for overall excellence.
